David Archer - Project PartnerDavid has worked full time as a consultant for the last 20 years. He focusses on helping companies with business to business relationship management. David has been based in Auckland, London and Boston and during this time has worked as a consultant in 16 countries.

David’s key skills are 1) the selection of suppliers (or entire distribution/service channels) that best meet the client’s needs and 2) the finalisation of appropriate commercial and contractual frameworks for the relationship. David has specialist skills in the development of franchise, agency and dealer channels.

David is highly numerate and is equally at home in analysis as he is in facilitating change across supplier and customer teams. David’s work requires a very developed understanding of marketing, manufacturing, distribution, finance and general management.

One of David’s great strengths is his ability to effectively communicate throughout an organisation. He works across and up and down the client organisation quickly establishing where the client’s opportunities lie. He is comfortable working at both the strategic and tactical level.

David also works for companies developing/implementing new supplier arrangements and for suppliers responding to RFPs.
